If you're not happy with your WebzCity purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This covers your setup fee and monthly payments made in that period.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at support@webzcity.com and we'll help.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. Your service continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
